website, not just Amazon.com, or purchase on the mobile app. If you were just ordering things through the regular Amazon website it wouldn't go through Amazon Smile. If they wanted it to succeed, there should have just been a check box in the purchase process and you could choose to keep it always selected or select it for each purchase. It never felt to me like Amazon really tried to make it succeed.
