Sharp is stronger than both, way more explosive, played a tougher sport. One good double leg takedown at the legs as Adams and Brooks try to throw a terrible punch and they’re done.

For comparison, Adam’s benched 185 for 16 at the combine. He is disadvantaged in the lift because of very long arms and I’m sure he’s improved that strength.
(Also, not that bench is the indicator of toughness or fighting skill because Adam’s reach is valuable but all things being equal, one of the very few tough guys in the NBA vs one of the toughest in a league where toughness and physicality exists at entry level, I go with that guy).
