Wednesday night after a few inches had fallen and barely made it home (in an Uber XL). Two of the main roads to my home were closed due to accidents. I saw a city bus turned sideways on one (Old Dominion). DCA was closed Thursday - Sunday (IIRC) and I flew out on Monday at 7:00 back to Cartagena, Colombia--where I was doing a client secondment for 7 months.
