Mostly me. Some of the stuff would normally be delegated to my secretary but she’s on medical leave
so it falls back on me.
Some of the stuff I’m delegating to other nurses but that’s tough to do when they won’t do nearly as good of a job as I would do. I like the idea of delegating but the reality kind of sucks.
