This is how I did it (unintentionally). First loan I ever got my FICO was 800+
Turns out my mom had me as an authorized person on her Amex. So even though I’d never had a loan or used the card I was slaying it!

If it’s just build credit, add him to your CC and never let him see the card. Credit score will go up
