It likely needs to be someone who has a quant degree (finance/acct, economics, etc) or at least has a good grasp of financial modeling. 1-2 years experience--ideally in a similar role (banking, consulting, finance, etc).

I can get into more specifics but it really is a great opportunity to break into an industry that generally is pretty hard to get into.
