If it was a single event that was positional (squatting to standing) then
your FP doc isn't going to have much to offer other than advice to stay hydrated and do slow position changes. Some might test but that's mostly a waste of time/money.

That type of story is benign and not anything that raises red flags.

If it becomes recurrent its still likely benign but at that point it would trigger some basic testing (ultrasound, heart monitor) though its mostly still just lifestyle changes (hydration, salt tabs, compression socks, exercise) if its a similar story (related to a change in position)

I wouldn't worry about it.
