back in for another one this week and it didn't help much. The Dr reccomended Shoulder Arthroscopysurgery if the cortisone shot didn't help, I think I am to that point. It feels a little beter after the shot but it didn't help as much as last time. For anyon who has had it, how was the recovery? I'm not looking forward to missing out on the gym and I have a goose hunt in SD coming up the first week in march so I would probably wait until after that, but I don't want to put it off too long because I have a landscape curbing business that i run on the side and can't really do that with one arm and that picks up in May.
