Also worth taking the drive down the Burr Trail to the top of the pass where you look down into Capitol Reef. Hells
Backbone Grill literally sits on the corner where you turn off from SR-12 onto the Burr Trail. It's a beautiful drive from there down through the canyons to the overlook.
