The biggest impact for us right now is translations. We have a lot of text fields in our product data and serving our customers in 15 different languages gets really costly. The translations we buy aren’t always that great either because of the technical nature of our products. We ran a small test this week to see what the output was like. I sent sample translations to a few of my multi-lingual colleagues without telling them the source of each translation. All chose the ChatGPT version over our translation service version.
