Obviously if BYU had won 2 or 3 of their last 3 then their season trajectory would be changed and optimism would abound. But I think BYU is in a lower category than a swooning team.

Last season was a true swoon, where BYU was legitimately on the bubble and then faded late.

This year, BYU never even got to the bubble except for a few pre-season projections.
