1. My beard is sexy.  She always maintained she liked a clean-shaven face, and other than 2 week vacation growth I had never worn a beard until the last 6 months or so.
2. The steak she ordered medium-well at the restaurant was actually over-cooked for her liking.

I've made headway on #2 over the years as when I grill/smoke for us I always under cook how she thinks she wants it. Then tell her too bad, either eat it or cook for yourself lol.
