Pretty close to this one
Split to Split, then a few days checking out some of the national parks, and a two days in Omis doing a little rafting and canyoneering. Of course on mine the whole boat was an LDS mid singles group put together by Cheri's Travel spot. If you need a travel agent or are looking at taking a LDS singles or couples vacation, she's great, highly recommend her trips.

In my opinion the most underrated country in Europe is Malta. If you ever get the chance to go I highly reccomend it.
