It’s quite possible your flight will leave on time and arrive without any issues. It’s also more likely that you’ll experience some kind of delay than you would on one of the other more established airlines.
They are truly awful at getting baggage out to claims at a decent time and they more often than not have you sit on the tarmac waiting for an open gate when your flight arrives because they try to cut costs there too (fewer gates). They are definitely delayed more than a Delta or Alaska.
As others have said, they’ll nickel and dime you for everything. If your carry-on is a backpack that fits under your seat, it’s free. If it’s a typical carry-on, that’ll be ~$60. Checked bags cost less, but they put a 40 lb (not 50 lb) weight restriction on it.
Just depends on the day with Frontier.
