Work he put in the last 7 yrs without Warner being here. If he was such a hard working successful coach why doesn’t he have a job? Lamb didn’t even bring him To a DII program.

Tuiaki is probably a great guy and no one is saying differently. You need to separate being a ‘good guy’ and being a successful coach.
