In all seriousness, one of the things I like about rugby is that, while there is specialization, there is a high level of required ability for every player. The biggest, toughest forward still has to run for 80 minutes; the most accurate kicker still has to be able to be a threat running and tackling; the most strategic 10 still has to be tough enough to take and give hits.
