$1300 for tax prep seems high
I’m a cpa and we prepare tax returns for a handful of HOAs. I don’t think we charged more than $500 on any of them.
Is the CPA having to to a lot of accounting the work to get the books ready? But for $7k I’d think the management company would be keeping the books.
