I feel like it’d be weird for something like a stereotype disorder to happen in a 14 year old, but I’m getting out of my realm here. My knowledge is that those are more in younger developing kids.

However, that still fits more under the psychological realm like a tic and not neurological like a seizure, etc.

So maybe a neuropsych person might be your highest yield follow up. Again tho, I’d defer to a pediatrician first.
