for me. Alternating from sitting outside in the cold to sitting in the bathroom with steam worked really well. I have a nebulizer, but the trick is getting the 3 year old to use it. We have to hold him down to use the inhaler/chamber. Although it does seem like he's starting to understand that it helps.
