jerk at the beginning. After a couple of months, a couple of people quit and others were getting fed up. They went and talked with HR about this guy. HR sat down with him and told him to knock it off. After that, he was pretty cool to work with. I just think he was being a jerk to impress his new boss.

Obviously, that was a much bigger company than yours, but sometimes it helps to let management know what's going on.
