I'm not wanting him to be rude or demeaning (the Church would not like that) but if you don't speak plainly to coaches and players (and fans) you risk losing credibility. If you don't sound like you know what you are talking about in post-game press conferences you are going to turn off potential recruits. Let's face it Kalani is not an offensive or defensive genius. I think he finally has coordinators who can get things moving. He will probably reap the credit but I think Tom needs to say no next time he wants an increase/extension after our next good year.
