The Russians get angry that the Czech president allows NATO to put in patriot missiles in the Czech Republic. The Russians say that these missiles can hit Russian troops and are now a threat.
The problem. Patriot missiles are a surface to air anti ballistic system that are defensive.
How do I know this while idiot writers don't have a clue. I'm still watching this show but it's about all I can think about.

There are so many plot holes in this one. Suspend belief and just go with it. If you think too much, it’ll disappoint.
