My wife has similar issues
Yup! My wife has hereditary sensory peripheral neuropathy type 1. All tests show no causes, all blood work came back normal, and she is overall extremely healthy and in shape. She takes 20mg of nortriptyline at night that helps prevent “shocks” that happen down the backs of her legs, helps with pain and restless legs too. She started running long distance and the nearly every day cardio has helped with symptoms as well. We knew it was hereditary as her mom, grandpa, and great grandpa all had/have it as well. She also suffers from idiopathic Raynaud’s disease and it has progressed to extremely frequent blue/purple fingers this winter. Not much to help that though.
