Not substantially better, but at this point it's all banking on potential
Both of those options (as well as Fresno, UNLV or whoever else you want to consider) aren't great options at the moment...but one has more growth potential
The team I'd actually be dark-horse interested to see is Hawaii. Strong recruiting area, plus the ability to play extra games by getting them on the schedule
