Give the AZ's something to incentivize them to jump ship, whether it's a signing bonus, a year or two of preferential scheduling or TV slots, signed photo's of Mitt and Ryan Smith, who knows.. something that won't tick the league off and will nudge them off the ledge. Then invite UW/UO but they have to sign the GOR.

If we can get the AZ's, we'll be able to pick and choose from the rest. I'm sure UO/UW are holding their nose with SMU/SDSU, imagine if the Pac12 had to dip into the MWC further.
