Those two would NEVER vote for BYU. Utah would vote for Baylor, but NEVER for BYU. Even if the other bleeding liberals like UW and CO could be persuaded, that's below the 75% threshold. Would never happen. Screw the Pac anyway. Big 12 is a way better fit for a conservative university.
