I did that in Los Angeles for a while since a ton of banks just sent in a crap proof of claim. We started objecting and the judges granted our objections for quite a while before the banks finally caught on and started filing better claims or started to fight back. I think eventually the judges stopped granting them altogether for some reason (I had left so I’m not sure) but we wiped hundreds of thousands (probably in the millions) off our clients’ payment plans.
