What really happened with Kaleb Lohner? I really liked the kid but

he was frustrating and exciting to watch. I feel bad that he languished on the bench at Baylor. I've heard some things, but I am curious about what really went down.
I DO NOT want this to turn into a bashing of either him or BYU, I just am curious about the how.
