Whenever I drive the Pilot, I find it very annoying to have to look down. It makes me wonder why that feature wasn't standard decades ago.

We have it in my wife's car and not in my truck. When I drive my truck, I realize how much I use that feature.

They can certainly add court costs so yes in effect they can increase the "fine"
