Quantum Leap is one of my all-time favorites. I really tried to like the new show but I couldn’t.
It’s just awful. I heard they tried to get Bakula involved but he didn’t like the scripts.
The most fundamental change is that it’s mostly told from the future’s point of view and not on the leaper's. It’s very off-putting as a fan of the old show. I also don’t feel like the characters have any chemistry at all.
