BYU is going to reach out to a ton of transfers
Gives them an opportunity to stay in the recruiting game for that player while they do evaluations.
Some guys they will actually offer and others they will reach out to, evaluate and pass on.
Who knows where this guy is on that spectrum. Probably best to pay attention to visits.
