Pope understands that better than us.
Unfortunately it is difficult to establish a teams core unit when 60% of freshmen leave on missions.
Pope had two options:
1) sign worse quality Non-missionary freshmen
2) sign temporary transfers to keep winning until his permanent recruits returned.
