an escape room, grab a delicious Rainbow at Dairy Ann in either Layton or Bountiful. You could actually do Antelope Island, the Air Force museum, and Pace's Dairy Ann because they're all close to each other (the Layton location of Pace's). That would be a good several hours right there. On Antelope Island you can usually see the buffalo herd, and there's an old ranch house you can visit and take tours of.
