$200k for 20% seems like they took a bad deal. If this goes Crumbl-big, I'm not

sure that the $200k is enough to really take that next step forward. Were they having a cashflow crunch and they needed money to tide themselves over. I don't quite get why they were pitching? Or was it that they needed her expertise to get to the next level?
