It seems like he's trying to imply that SDSU + SMU + CSU + Rice = USC + UCLA
as far as media value to a TV partner. I cannot believe that those 4 combined would add any value to the Pac 12. On the contrary, I would venture to guess that any and all of them would be a net negative to the rest of the conference from a media standpoint.
