Michigan State and Wisconsin are not. Those latter two schools have been bigger TV draws than Arkansas over the last 10-15 years, IMO. Nebraska is probably about the same as those other two BIG schools over that period as well (although obviously it was a much bigger draw in the 70s, 80s, and 90s).

Overall I agree with your observation regarding weak OOC scheduling for the PAC.
