lower than the Big12, but is just enough and with just enough linear content to keep schools on board (for now). Of course, the deal will be packaged and advertised to the public as positively as possible to make it appear to be as good as (or better) than what the Big12 has so that PAC schools and their apologists can continue to make their case to their boosters and recruits.

edit: CBers who expect the PAC to fall apart or to get an anemic contract remind me of the "Romney in a landslide" crowd back in 2012. Reports and polls that refuted that view were ignored and criticized, while those that supported it were hailed and glorified.
