In some cases we can speak generally seeing the general trend. For example, we make fun of "yewts" for believing they're a valuable brand because yewts generally delude themselves to that. But also generally they talk and act like BYU's little brother and act like they were super lucky to be included in a P5 conference. Or PAC fans generally who talk about how diverse and inclusive the PAC is while using that value to exclude others who don't believe like them. Hypocrisy in the general fanbase.

On the other hand, we laugh at some of the most delusional yewts who believe their rightful spot is in the SEC or BIG. But in all honesty I don't think a large portion of yewts actually believe that. I wouldn't call out hypocriticism on the whole fanbase just because some of the more fervent believers expresses that mockworthy belief when the rest stick to merely being the Harvard of Football and Academics in the West.
