Dick should have had some fact checkers on that article.
If the whole league is only getting $32 million, Dick, we might as well join the Horizon League. It's $32 million per team per year Dick. And if BYU is adding $3 million per team, then the total per year add would be $36 million and over 5 years that's $180 million.

IIRC, BYU gave ESPN a discount for the right to rebroadcast the games on KBYU right after the ESPN broadcast.
