Honestly though, whether it's a phone company or an airline or any other big company where there are a lot of direct customer transactions - there are going to be issues with every company. You just have to hope that when you do have an issue, it isn't a major one. Most of the issues you described aren't unique to T-mobile - it's just who you happened to be dealing with at the time.
