Had the same experience. My traction was fine at the 40 mph that everyone was going.
Judging from the # of accidents I was grateful I wasn’t one of the 1st to go through when it iced over.
Driving up 800n in Orem was another adventure too. Slid about 30 yards coming up on a stop light. Luckily had plenty of room to get control shortly before the intersection.
