Having lived in DFW for 3 years, I am not sure about Baylor.
But I would say you are right about Texas, aTm, TCU, I would also throw in Oklahoma and Texas Tech.
Baylor and SMU were both equally low. . .
In all seriousness BYU is not far behind
Please note this is just 1 man's experiences. . . But I got SMU tied for 6th place.
In fairness, Houston also does not deliver their own city, but they are mostly in a 3-way race with the Longhorns and A&M, but atleast they are a serious contender in the Houston area.
