I think they would be #4 right now, and after the recruiting bump they'll get,

could quickly be in the Top 3 or higher. San Diego should not be a hard place to recruit, if you're on a somewhat even playing field. I think they clearly have more potential for long-term football success than utah, and maybe even Oregon once Phil Knight dies.
