flavor and bark comparable to an offset smoker. It's a bit more advanced and you need to learn the nuances of it (YouTube) but long term you might appreciate that feature if you get really into BBQ. You don't need to use that feature though, it functions as a normal pellet grill otherwise. But you could go with the one you listed and would be perfectly happy. I have a lesser model Camp Chef and it's been a workhorse for many years.
