Very few HCs would play him in front of Dallin, even though he's a bit more polished at this point than Dallin. And in the Big12 Ashworth really doesn't have off guard versatility. And with the depth we got coming back at the 2 & 3, Pope isn't gonna want Dallin playing at the 2 either.

Do you think Ashworth would come just to be the backup PG? I think you agree that he wouldn't (even if you think he'd be more than that in our rotation).

Two local guards I COULD see invited as combo guards, potentially — are either of Madsen's star guards, Woodbury or Harmon. Those guys have the size & defensive versatility that make sense in our current lineup.
