Yea I’ve seen that too for some churn and burn GI clinics. Start an ASC.
Tele health visits To fill your 3 days of scopes. The complex or annoying GI stuff goes elsewhere. If not tele health than it’s just midlevels seeing 40 pts a day which is worse
I really doubt they mind one bit losing some referrals. The ones that go elsewhere usually aren’t worth it in such a model anyways (their thinking, not mine).
