I think part of being honest is recognizing that there are different perspectives and points of view. Sometimes those perspectives or points of view are wrong. Sometimes we're convinced we saw one thing when we really saw something different. Or didn't see anything at all. That doesn't mean we're lying - it means we're telling the truth as we know it to be true - which someone might call "my truth".
