Not my area of law, but you’d probably have to prove fraud or negligence.
And you’ll spend more than $3k on legal fees if you hire a lawyer.

Fraud would be hard to prove.

Negligence would probably be hard prove as well. Just because they were wrong doesn’t mean they were negligent.
