I can't find anything to support your thesis that some K-state players refused to shake hands because he's a Russian and they are all upset set about the war. I find that highly unlikely that K-State is all upset over that. If they were upset I'll bet it wasn't over him being Russian. Has there been other teams all fired up because he's Russian? I haven't found any.
