He knows that the Wind where I am exceeds 100 mph. and the snow load can be 2-3 feet. He planned the trusses to meet those specs. I also used the Cleary building that my dad had built in Northern Utah as a pattern for the bracing and the size of the boards. I am not sure that it will hold up to what it needs to. But it is a garage, and It will be insured. I am much more worried about trees falling on it than snow load collapsing it.
